The Farmer and Veterinary Service Center will serve and consult local farmers in animal health management through project trained veterinarians. The center is equipped with basic tools for animal artificial insemination and first aid, what will greatly contribute to proper and timely veterinary service.

On the 27-28-th of May, 2014 in Cooperation with “Center for Agribusiness and Rural Development” (CARD) foundation and financial support of “Austrian Development Cooperation “(ADC), Heifer International Georgia within the framework of the “Animal Health Management in Cross-Border Areas of Armenia and Georgia” project hosted two events: Opening of Farm and Veterinary Service Center in Ninotsminda, Georgia and Project Clouse Out Conference in Hotel Rabath, Akhaltsikhe, Georgia.

After the short welcome speeches of Heifer Georgia and CARD Program Director, appreciation speeches by local authority and MoA Georgia reps the ceremony of ribbon cutting was held. The opening event was broadcasted by local television.
